Children's Ministry

Newborns to 2 years old

In our Nursery we strive to create a fun, safe, and friendly environment where newborns sense God's love through caring volunteers, Bible stories, play and other meaningful activities.

The nursery is available during our weekly service.

Preschoolers

Our Preschool Ministry focuses on fun and exciting Bible study appropriate for the preschool child, ages 3 to 5. Through Bible stories, creative activities, and worship, children discover that God made them, God loves them, and Jesus wants to be their friend forever.

Elementary

Vineyard Kids is our elementary age Ministry designed for children in grades 1 through 5. Through music, drama, Bible study, videos, games, large and small group interaction, children come to know God more deeply and develop their faith. Children learn that they can trust God no matter what and learn how God wants them to treat others.

The Vineyard Kids class meets the first and third Sundays of the month throughout the school year.

Safety

The Vineyard Church of Wellsboro takes children’s safety very seriously. With this in mind, all workers are required to submit a detailed application which includes a background check. We also ask parents to follow a “sign-in” and “check-out” procedure which enables us to keep up-to-date information, including class location and health concerns.
