One of the most powerful aspects of Jesus’ ministry was that He was personal, and relational. It’s hard to experience love from a distance. We experience love best as we interact with other people. Relationships are what bring and connect people to the Body of Christ. So while worship services are a very important part of our church life, it's at our small group meetings during the week that we experience real fellowship. Many have said that it’s the first time in their lives that they’ve ever developed deep relationships and felt connected to other people.

As a church we’re also aware that nearly 2/3 of the people in Tioga County have no church affiliation. It has been said that loving deeds done by unassuming Christians convince more people of the love of God than all the words in the world! One of the important ministries of our church is connecting with this un-churched population in practical and relevant ways. We have fun together experiencing new ways that we can reach out in love to our families, friends, and neighbors.
